Meet our new General Sales Manager, Reese Paulson! 

Reese started his career with the Eide Automotive Group in 2018, when he started as a Sales Consultant at Eide Chrysler. In 2020, he was promoted to Business Manager, and became Finance Director in the beginning of 2021. At the end of 2021, he was promoted to General Sales Manager down at our Eide Chrysler Zumbrota, MN location. He was there for 3 years, and then came back to North Dakota, as a Business Manager at Eide Ford Mandan, in February of 2024. In December 2024, he transferred to Eide Subaru to be our Used Car Manager, and as of June 2024, he is now our General Sales Manager (GSM)!

As the GSM, Reese is in charge of the sales department, ensuring that the processes are correct, and training the team. He is also still doing his previous used car manager duties, and is also involved in the new car department and the current inventory on the lot. 

“I love working in the automotive industry because of the people I get to work with, both employees and our customers,” Reese says. “Everyone looks at things differently, and I am constantly learning new ways to better serve those I work with. I especially love working for Eide because of the family aspect; Eide truly cares about their people and their growth, both personally and professionally.”

I would say the most important thing that I have learned and encompass every day is that our people matter. Without our customers, we wouldn’t have the jobs we do, and everyone deserves to have an exceptional car buying experience.”

In his spare time, Reese likes to spend time with his family and travel.
